Investment Deals in Asia-Pacific: Temasek, Doxa, and Orient Growth Ventures

Doxa Holdings, a Singapore-based fintech firm, received funding from Cento Ventures to expand its digital procurement platform. Doxa aims to reach more clients in new industries and geographic areas, starting with the Indonesian market.

Temasek and Norinchukin Bank lead a USD 173 million fund for agritech and food tech companies in the Asia Pacific region, investing in sustainable transformation and decarbonization. Orient Growth Ventures closes its second fund at USD 90 million, obtaining pledges from European high net worth individuals and family offices. InCorp Global, a Singapore-based business, is acquired by Hillhouse Investment to accelerate its growth and service capabilities in APAC and Europe.

DWAC, the acquisition company for Trump's social media network, is finalizing a USD 50 million financing transaction with Anson Funds, All Blue Capital, and Mangrove Partners through convertible notes. The funds are aimed at completing the merger with Trump Media and Technology Group after a previous PIPE transaction was canceled.
