Singapore's FlyORO Secures $1.6M in Pre-Series A Round Led by Audacy Ventures

FlyORO, a Singapore-based Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) startup, has closed a $1.6 million Pre-Series A round led by Audacy Ventures. The round also saw participation from VC Investible and other private investors supporting sustainable technologies in the Asia-Pacific region.

FlyORO plans to use the funding to continue its innovation in sustainable aviation and expand globally, with a particular focus on strategic activities in the Australian and US markets. The company aims to contribute to the development of SAF, with a focus on local production in Australia and early development in the US in 2024.

The funding round is seen as crucial for ongoing projects and FlyORO's global expansion plans. The company's CEO, Jonathan Yeo, emphasizes the careful selection of strategic stakeholders, including Audacy Ventures and Investible, to support FlyORO's mission in the SAF sector.

FlyORO, known for its groundbreaking modular SAF blending technology, AlphaLite, remains committed to reducing aviation emissions globally.
