Singapore's Bluesheets Raises $3.5M in Series A Funding

Bluesheets, a financial automation software company based in Singapore, has secured US$3.5 million in new equity capital during its Series A funding round. The funding was led by Illuminate Financial Management and included participation from Antler, a startup venture capital firm. The company's ACRA filings indicate a potential additional funding of US$500,000 and the awarding of shares to 1982 Ventures and Insignia Venture Partners, totaling US$2.5 million.

This capital infusion comes after Bluesheets raised US$4 million in seed financing in May 2022. Co-founded by former Rocket Internet CEO Christian Schneider and Uber Asia Pacific executive Clare Leighton, Bluesheets utilizes AI and machine learning to integrate accounting software with messaging and email systems for streamlined financial processes.
